Christmas Concert - The Light Shines in Darkness

Join Vox Anima Chamber Choir for a musical serving of festive cheer this Christmas.
The concert on Saturday, 17 December will include the world premiere of a new setting of In The Bleak Midwinter by American composer Dan Forrest, specially commissioned by members of the choir for conductor Jamie Meaders.
The acclaimed 16-voice women's choir will also be performing music by Ola Gjeilo, Kim André Arnesen, Z Randall Stroope and Sarah Quartel, accompanied on the piano by Richard Hammond-Hall.
The concert is also another opportunity to hear movements of Dan Forrest's LUX: The Dawn From On High, which received its world premier by Vox Anima Chamber Choir in October 2022.
St Peter and St Paul's Church, Yalding at 6.30pm. Suggested donation £15 on the door. Please join them for seasonal refreshments after the concert.
